I had a noise in the front left tire when I turned right. I called over, they had no open appointments, but I told Jason the service writer I was leaving for New York next week and wanted to make sure it would be safe to drive, he told me to bring it over and he would get done one to take a look at it. I did, they tightened it, and told me I needed to get an alignment. When I asked what I owed, he said nothing, gave a good day. Great customer service. He went above and beyond.
